I can’t accurately review this doctor or their staff because I never got to see them. Zocdoc booked me for a 7 a.m. appointment, confirmed multiple times, and I spent an hour completing onboarding paperwork. When I arrived, the office was locked, and a sign said their hours were 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The staff had no record of my appointment and no idea how it was scheduled before they were open.
This was a pain specialist, and instead of care, Zocdoc’s mistake caused me more stress and delayed my treatment. Weeks later, I’m still in significant pain and starting from scratch. There’s no way to contact Zocdoc for support, and the doctor’s office isn’t connected to the issue. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and demoralizing
