Very smart, professional, results driven and thinks outside the box. She has experience treating complicated diagnoses, and is way more well versed in psychopharmacology than any psychiatrist I’ve ever consulted with/have been treated by in 15+ years. Also takes a science/data-driven approach to treatment, which is more effective and refreshing. In addition to the above, she has good bedside manner - you can tell that she wants to help you. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Laura Planche is caring and has a thoughtful approach to treatment. She also has a human touch. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful and effective care

She began the appointment by scolding me about the time because I was 5 min late, explaining that she had other patients to attend to. When discussing past medication she again chastised me for not remembering everything I’ve taken. She was short, rude, and condescending. I explained that I was sent to her by a psychiatric nurse and she said ‘So then what do you need to see me for if you already have care?’ I never expected this from someone with such great ratings. And I never expected that kind of behavior from a mental health professional providing help to others. Thank heavens I wasn’t in crisis or that would have been it for me! I ended the appointment early because I felt so uncomfortable. What an awful experience.

She didn't seem like she was interested or wanted to be there. And then she said I was too difficult and said she couldn't help me
Video visit
I wasnt too thrilled about the providers attitude. She seemed over the situation and was just nodding to acknowledge that I was speaking but not actively listening. Her posture made me feel like it was a late day for her and she was ready to go home. I wouldnt go back, but if I did go back it would be with that in mind
