Best doctor experience I’ve had in a long time. I just went for a physical and prescription refill but the doctor took the time to sit down and ask me about my life style and if I had any questions. Staff was also very friendly and diligent in how they informed me. I even got a call weeks before my appointment to make sure I was ok with fasting for blood work. All my questions were answered and my scripts were filled without issue.

She left New York to complete residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center, Somerville, New Jersey . After many years of practice in NJ, Dr. Rivera returned to Long Island and is now part of our practice. She is a compassionate physician and her goal is to provide the best possible medical care for her patients.

I had a nice experience with the doctor herself, who was kind, pleasant, and attentive. That said, that only accounts for about 5 minutes of my 2 hour experience there.
Don't waste your time checking in with Zocdoc; when I arrived at the office, I had to re-enter all that information on a massive stack of paper forms anyway. Read these forms CAREFULLY, there's one document in there that specifies that your insurance may charge you extra if the office performs tests outside of a traditional annual check-up (and be aware of what is/isn't covered by your insurance so you don't suffer bill shock later). After filling out all these forms, I had to retell my medical history to the PA, who entered it into the computer (so why did I have to spend time writing it on paper?), and then again to the doctor.
Bedside manner is great, but the office has a lot of inefficiencies they can improve on.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Very thorough exam. Doctor Rivera was lovely, friendly, thorough, kind with a wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend 10/10

Seems like a busy office. I waited a little over an hour. The medical assistants attended me quickly. Being that I was a new patient, they did a lot of tests for a baseline , such as blood work, a hearing test, ekg and a breath capacity test. Seems very thorough. Doctor has very nice bedside manners.

Dr. Rivera was a great listener, she made me feel actually heard. She took my concerns into account and came up with a plan that would put me on the track to get the answers I need. The staff was pleasant and took care of me swiftly.

Great visit, great nurses and Dr Rivera was nice and gave me options for my medical concerns. Zocdoc doesn't do a good job collaborating with the actual appointments available - the first time zocdoc gave me an appointment that did not exist as in the Dr wasn't in at that time. The second appointment never made it to their schedule despite zocdoc sending me an email confirmation and subsequent reminders.
