She was not at all attentive and felt like she just wanted to rush through the appointment. Barely let me explain my problems and was not a good listener - I would not book her again.

I spent 40 minutes waiting for my appointment only for my vitals to be taken and prescriptions sent. The nurse disappeared and the doctor could not figure out the blood pressure machine; she tried both my arms and they went completely numb from the misuse of the machine. When the nurse came back, the machine worked fine. Both the doctor and the nurse asked me the same exact questions to collect medical history, both kind of scolding me versus consoling me as to why I was there. There was no concern to address any additional ailments outside of what the doctor prescribed. I also overheard the doctor arguing with another patient because they had booked the appointment to see a specialist and that clearly wasn’t the case. It is not advertised that this is an Urgent Care. Had I know that, I would not have booked. I will not be coming back.

The doctor spent max 30 seconds with me and didn’t even touch my foot which I suspected to be broken - just took a one second glance on it, said not broken, and left. Receptionist tried to charge me over double the checkup price clearly printed on my insurance card (which she was staring at for five minutes). At least they agreed to the correct amount after I pointed out they were upcharging me. Feels like a trick that they doubled the price and was a strange experience, I won’t come back here.
