I brought a lot of mess with me and was only able to get through a little portion of why I’m here but she listened intently, gave amazing feedback and was very direct and is wonderful at problem solving! Looking forward to our next visit already and the first one just ended;-))

My session with Lauren went very well. She was warm, open and encouraging. This was my first session and more about her getting to know me. I felt supported and that it was a safe space. She was professional and made me feel comfortable. Some of the heaviness I felt prior has been lifted. I am looking forward to our next session.
