We are proud to announce the addition of Lauren Brucia, MD, FAAP to our NuHeights family. Dr. Brucia graduated from Medical School at Rutgers and went on to complete her training in pediatrics at the prestigious Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. From there she went on to care for Pediatric Oncology patients at CHOP before relocating to New Jersey and beginning a career as a pediatrician in private practice. She now comes to us with nearly 20 years of caring for children of all backgrounds. Dr. Brucia places great importance on collaborating with and supporting families in caring for their children. She has a passion for discovering each child’s unique personality and for watching them develop and grow. Dr. Brucia lives in Montclair with her husband and three kids and in her spare time loves to travel, be outdoors – hiking, walking, or watching her kids play sports. We are very excited and honored that she has joined us and can’t wait for you and your families to get to know her.

The staff at this office is unfriendly and rude.…, they will find all sorts of roadblocks to see you for the first time, super specific forms, and old fashioned communication ways (ie FAX
it to the office of your previous doctor)
Secondly, they say the availability you see in Zocdoc does not correlate to the doctor’s availability and will give you appointments more than a month ahead. They just don’t seem to care, the person on the phone seems to hate her job.
This doctor saw my daughter in the past and it was ok, but they seriously have to train their staff in customer service, or get someone that actually wants to work.
