A registered dietitian, licensed dietitian nutritionist and weight loss specialist, Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Florida State University and then proceeded to get her Masters degree in Nutrition from Florida International University. Lauren, who was born and raised right here in Fort Lauderdale, specializes in nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and weight loss. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Broward Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (BAND) and is dedicated to helping people take control of their health. Lauren has been providing nutrition counseling for many years, helping people to lose weight and more importantly helping them keep it off!
