Hi there! I’m Lauren, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Healthy Minds in Nashville, TN.
I became a nurse practitioner after six years of experience as a registered nurse in the ICU, psychiatry, and labor and delivery. Those years gave me a deep understanding of how personal and complex mental health can be—and how powerful it is to feel truly supported along the way.
In my practice, I offer medication management and basic psychotherapy to individuals ages 6 and up. I work with people across the lifespan and strive to create a space that’s warm, welcoming, and judgment-free. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns, I would love to meet with you!
A little about me: I’m originally from Minnesota. My husband and I foster dogs through our local animal shelter, and we have a one-year-old rescue pup of our own. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and playing pickleball.
