Lauren is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Teacher finalizing her training as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. After overcoming her own health struggles she’s passionate about helping others heal their relationships with their bodies and minds so they can live their best lives. Her professional and personal experiences have taught her that chronic health issues are signals that the body is out of balance.
