Visiting the gynecologist is definitely NOT one of my favorite things to do. This visit was no worse than any other I've had to endure, but absolutely better than some. It wasn't creepy at all and Dr. Ta was very professional.
Dr Ta is fantastic. The medical assistant or nurse (whichever she was) was not friendly, but Dr Ta more than made up for that. Dr Ta was very personable, friendly, thorough, and comforting. She made me feel like I was in good hands.
I did not visit Dr. Ta for an annual visit, it was for a short consultation for a possible UTI. The wait was super long and was re-scheduled a couple of times. My previous doctor was able to give me results on urine within the day, it took them about 4 days to call me back to let me know it was an infection. Overall, ok.
My first time seeing a gynecologist and the staff and doctor made everything very comfortable. Very friendly staff and very professional. Dr. Ta is informative, answers all of my concerns and very sweet! I highly recommend this office!
They didn't have my 11:00 a.m.appt. in the system when I arrived but were able to find it and print out my paper work. Taken back to the exam room at 11:10 a.m. and I sat in my gown until 12:10 p.m. waiting for my well woman checkup. The nurse never came in to give me an update or explain the long wait. I finally opened the door and asked if I should get dressed and re-schedule my appt. She advised against it and I told her I could only wait 10 more minutes because I had to be somewhere. The Dr. came in a few minutes later, apologized for the wait, did my exam in less than five minutes. This was my first visit and I chose this office due to its proximity to where I live. Not sure I will go back next year for my yearly exam due to the wait time and not being given updates on why I had to wait so long.
Friendly, attentive, competent doctor. Staff was pleasant, but I waited 2 hours to be seen, and then my Rx was not called into my pharmacy. When I called to ask about it, I had to leave a VM for the nurse, and couldn't get ahold of anyone in person. I think they are understaffed and/or not great at scheduling.
I enjoy seeing her because the actual exam is quick and painless, not like previous pap smears I've had. But I kind of wish I didn't have to sit for nearly an hour in a cold room with only a robe on....I'd rather wait in the lobby until it's actually time for me to be seen.
Dr.Ta's poker faced, fake friendly...not my style at all. Didn't seem very caring, just going thru the motions. No Thanks!
Going to see Dr. Ta was the best experience I have had in a doctor's office in a very long time. While I did have to wait for a considerable amount of time, when she did see me, I felt like she listened, didn't interrupt me, asking appropriate questions, and genuinely cared about me. Not only did she act appropriately during the appointment, but she herself called me a week later to check in on me. Sadly, I feel like the art of doctor-patient relationships has been lost over the years, but not so with Dr. Ta. Highly recommend!
She was wonderful!
Dr. Ta is very professional loved the first office visit. The office and staff is very friendly, sanitary, and well organized found my new doctor. Thanks Dr. Ta
Very nice gynecologist. Comforting and great bedside manner.
Nurse was awful-rude, condescending and unhelpful. Waited over an hour for a five minute visit. Treated poorly! Won't go back.
Knowledgeable, good bedside manner, seemed experienced.
Loved going to her. She is very precise. I felt very comfortable.
Dr. Ta made me feel very comfortable, I would definitely return again. She had wonderful beside manner very informative.
Very little wait, friendly staff, and one of the best doctors I've had. Dr. Ta is super friendly and knowledgable, and I always leave my appointments feeling reasssured that she's taking the best care of me
I had a good experience with the doctor herself, but her assistants weren't very nice. Supposedly they verified my insurance before my appointment and then a month later I got charged a huge chuck of the cost for the appointment because she turned out to be out of my network....Really frustrating since I would have otherwise not paid anything for the treatment.
Love Dr. Ta and her staff, everyone was polite and patient. Had to wait about 30 minutes or so but otherwise great experience.
I love dr. Ta. However her staff does not seem well informed. Some were not sure what hospital she had privileges at. Also, when I called to confirm my appointment and my co pay, they were quick to get off the phone. I had to tell them to wait because I had additional questions about my co pay and what it covered. So my reviews are solely based on Dr.Ta and I am satisfied with her care.
Dr. Ta was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. I was confident in the information she gave me and would recommend her personally. However, there were many things about the office that could be improved. I saw the doctor 65 minutes after my appointment time. I understand that its easy to get behind schedule, but I waited in a gown for atleast 40 of those minutes. It'd be great if the doctor could come in and say hi and do any sort of history before you have to change. (Also I couldnt get the blinds to close in the exam room). The staff was very helpful when I had questions but it seems like questions regarding lab follow-up, etc. are things that could be anticipated and addressed.
Doctor Ta is very nice and very professional. My only complaint is that after the nurse saw me, I had to sit and wait in a super cold room for about an hour before I saw Dr. Ta... It was quite boring, And quite a long time for a 5 minute exam.
Dr. Ta has excellent bedside manner. She answers all your questions, no matter how silly you think they are. This is my first pregnancy and I found her on this site. I couldn't be happier with her service. She is very reassuring.
Dr. Ta was very nice and thorough. I anticipated that she would rush through everything and not leave room for questions like other doctors. But she answered all my questions (I had a lot!) and the visit did not feel rushed. The only problem I had was that the walls were thin and the dr talks very loud at times as I can hear her conversation next door. I was afraid she may say something about me that others may hear. Her staff was nice and friendly except for the lab technician who did not smile or conversate at all. Overall, I will come back again!
Fantastic staff. Everyone was courteous and the whole experience was comfortable. It can be very difficult to find an OBGYN in a new city, but I definitely lucked out with this find. I appreciate the time she took to explain things, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I highly recommend this doctor.
I waited about an hour to be seen but that was also because I was a new patient and had missed my original appointment time due to traffic. Dr. Ta was very professional and personable. She made me feel very comfortable.
She delivered my baby with care and professionalism, I was 100% happy with the experience!
omg so i didnt want my mother to know that i was having sex . so when i went to get a check up here i told them not to send any info to my house and they did very well... too bad my insurance company send a message to my mom telling her about a pregnancy test i took and how they will not pay for it. ugh..annoying but the doctor was very friendly and gave some sound advice and as a twenty one year old i needed to hear that...to wake up... the wait time was a bit much but i guess thats expected... i came during my schedule time and waited way longer than i should
Dr. Ta was great! She is very nice and extremely professional when speaking to you. She is someone who I would truly trust with my health. I feel as though I could tell her anything without being embarrassed.
Dr. Ta was very knowledgable and very polite and friendly. I will definitely be returning to her and will refer others to her orffice.
The only problem with my visit was that I was scheduled at 9am. They called me around 8am to ask me to wait until 9:30. Then i show up at 9:30 and they ask me to come back at 10:30. I probably saw Dr. Ta around 11-11:30. Long and ridiculous wait, but it was due to a delivery. Other than the hassle of calling into my work letting them know I would be even latter than expected, it was a great experience.
She was great! Very nice, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend her!
I'm definitely staying with her for the long run, she's efficient, that's how I like it. Can't wait to be pregnant and have her as my doc :)
Staff was courteous. Dr. was late, closer to 30 minutes, due to having a delivery.
Friendly and personable
She was very warm, friendly, and knowledgable.
I really enjoyed my office visit. All of the staff was pleasant, kind, and knowledgable. I will definetly go back!
Very knowledgeable and was helpful in future appointments
