She earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Maryland and graduated summa cum laude from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Community Health in Massachusetts. Dr. Watson has previously worked at Kaiser Permanente and is passionate about delivering personalized, family-focused eye care to patients ages 4 and up in the Ft. Washington community.

From the minute we walked in , I felt heard, respected and genuinely cared for, exceptional customer service from the entire office. Top notch professionalism and compassion from Dr. Lauren.
I made a next day appointment with Dr Lauren for my special needs child using Zocdoc. The staff reached out to me shortly after to confirm the appointment and get additional information. When I arrived the staff listed to my concerns about my daughter being a little difficult to work with. I spoke to Dr Lauren and she gave us a game plan, and executed. This is one of those times I can say with confidence that a provider went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

She was very detail. She listened to my concerns. Her explanations was clear and I was able to follow her instruction when given the eye exam. She did not rush. She made sure to discuss and explain about each exam I had.
