As a primary care provider, I know it’s my responsibility to understand patient needs as a whole. This means not only being a good listener but an accurate diagnostician, understanding the complete integrated system of both mind and body, and then creating a holistic treatment approach—including medication and potential lifestyle changes—so they can achieve their ultimate health goals. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy being healthy and active. Some of my favorite things are spending time with friends and family, watching sports, reading, hiking with my dog, climbing, and snowboarding.
