Fantastic doctor and staff. All my questions were answered and I was allowed as much time as I needed with the doctor. I was given some free samples so I didn't have to buy my recommended treatment product without knowing if it would help. Front staff went out of there way to get me coupons for products. I also spoke with the the office manager about pricing on a procedure. She told me the exact price I would pay out of pocket. Very refreshing.

Very professional staff. Dr. Small was caring and very attentive to my concerns and quick to diagnose and recommend treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Small and her staff. Having the new patient paperwork and insurance completed prior to arriving for my appointment allowed for a quick and seamless onboarding experience as a new patient. I would recommend this for all new patients.

Dr. Small's office requires that you fill ZocDoc forms but does NOT use them. You have to fill out basically the same forms giving exactly the same personal information. I was told they don't like the ZocDoc format and rather than them entering your information YOU are required to do the reentering of your information.The forms ask for exactly the same information just a different format.

This office is great! I was greeted straight away. Filled out my new patient papers. Waited about a minute then was taken back to a patient room. The office staff was amazing. Dr. Small is very sweet and kind. She was very professional. She could tell I was nervous. She made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely made the right choice when I chose this doctor. Thank you.
