I was disappointed that he didn't seem to take an active interest in my health or have any recommendations for me. He was happy to do what ever i wanted. But i don't know what's best! I wanted his expert opinion!

Dr. Cooper was so patient, he took his time making sure all my questions were answered, I never felt rushed yet, my appointment was completed in a timely manner. There was an additional visual test he wanted me to have done and instead of making me come back for another appointment, he made sure an authorization was made with my insurance the same day so I could have the test performed. The office setting was calm, peaceful not at all chaotic like most offices. My appointment went great, one of the best offices I've been to.

Dr. Cooper was thorough any extremely experienced. As was his assistant of 20 years, Alberto. They both explained everything completely. I left their office with a clear understanding of my vision problem and what to expect from my vision in the future. Dr. Cooper was a wealth of information and treated me like a dear friend. Great visit. It was a followup after eye surgery, but it was probably the fastest appointment I've ever had. Total time about 10 minutes in the door to out the door. It took longer to signup with your ZocDoc service.

eye problem that has had me quite worried. He suggested followup monitoring of my condition and I left the appointment greatly relieved that it could be managed successfully. Very happy with Dr. Cooper!

I hadn't seen an eye doctor in many years since receiving Lasik. I was very impressed with the new technology and the ability to have pictures taken (AND they even emailed them to me!) of my eyes from the inside. They were patient with me, as I had a meeting interrupt my appt (due to my longer wait time,) but because I was able to pop out to take the call while my eyes dilated, the wait time really didn't bother me. Everyone was friendly who worked there, despite the heavy crowd of patience. The doctor was especially patient in giving me detailed answers and tolerating my many questions. I didn't feel like I annoyed him. I'll be going back for a follow-up in a couple of months!
