Although Dr. Martin is a man of few words (with regard to idle chit chat) - he definitely "knows his stuff" and that is all that matters. He listened to my concerns & asked pertinent questions as follow up. So, "all good" as far as I'm concerned! :-)

I can’t recommend him and this hospital. He never hear my problems but just recommend his expensive hearing aid. I explained other issue of my ear but only said deafness

This worked out great. I'm a new patient, but I was seen immediately with literally zero paperwork (since I had completed everything online).
I had an issue with earwax buildup I had been struggling with for several days. The doctor handled it on the spot. I was in and out within 20 minutes and on with my day.
I'm very satisfied with how it all worked out. Thanks to Dr. Martin and his staff!

I visited for an ear examination, after severe congestion and ear pain. The solution was to use a vacuum of sorts to "clear out" my ear. The machine used was antiquated, and so loud that it caused a ringing in my ears for nearly a month.

First off, I wasn't happy about the wait - which was somewhere around an hour and 15 minutes. That being said, this was my first visit with Dr. Martin, & I believe he was in surgery with another patient when I got there, so this wait may very well be an outlier.
As far as Dr. Martin himself, he did a great job of making me feel comfortable and explaining everything in detail during my appointment with him. He seemed like he really cared, which goes a long way in my book. I would definitely recommend him.

I never used ZocDoc before or seen this doctor before. I'm glad I used both!! Filling out the info on ZocDoc made it nice and easy and I didn't have to sit and fill out all those papers in the office as typical when seeing a new doctor. Dr. Martin and his whole staff was great! Dr. Martin explained everything to me like a person and used normal language which helps greatly to understand what's going on and why. The Nurse's and staff were extremely nice and very helpful which makes going to the doc that much better.
I really like Dr, Martin and although i'm dreading having to go through sinus surgery to fix my nose so I can breath again. I do feel confident that Dr Martin knows what to do and will fix my problems and having me breathing again.
