This was my first visit at Dr. Pecks office , i had gone for my blood test , the doctor conducted a detailed analysis . Over all satisfactory visit . The two thing i hated was the wait time and i have to keep on begging the nurses to email me my blood work report. Hope they read this and email my report soon . I am tired of calling the office

Great office staff is very helpful they will squeeze you in if it's an emergency so the office can be busy, but Dr. Peck is amazing his years in the medical field have made him very knowledgeable about everything. They even do pap exams there and I have never had a make Dr give me a pap exam. Honestly it was the best experience yet. I am very pleased with his entire office.

My appointment was set for 11:15 I walk in and signed in at 11:45 the lady at the desk asked me if I was waiting for someone I said no my appointment was for 11:15. She then asked me if I booked online I said yes and she said I don't check that. What is the point of booking online if the office doesn't check it everyday?

This was the best doctor's visit I've experienced! There was a minimal wait time and the staff was friendly. Then, when I was seen, the doctor's attention was 100% on me. Dr. Peck and his student doctor were fantastic. They were very personable, even sharing info about themselves with me. I want rushed at all and felt very comfortable. The ease of talking with them felt like I was talking with friends/family. I felt like they genuinely cared about me, my health, and my concerns- which they addressed satisfactorily. This visit was my first with Dr. Peck, but certainly not the last! I'm so glad my search for a new doctor was short and sweet. Thanks to the reviews on here I chose Dr. Peck and I'm glad I did!

Yes I waited a little to be seen but I actually was impressed that he had his patient's come in for same day appointment of they really needed to see a doctor. I was going for a wellness check up so I didn't mind waiting. I was so impressed with his office I'm convincing my husband to switch primary doctors

I liked the doctor but the wait in the office was to long and they never answer the phone it always goes straight to voice mail. Some of my Labs came back low and I didn't hear from the office or got a return call back for two weeks. I will not go back to this office again.

My experience here was great. Dr. Peck is very knowledgeable and down to earth. Going to see the doctor is not usually the highlight of my day but this was a totally different experience compared to any other doctor I've ever seen. I was seen fairly quickly and left there feeling like I was well taken care of.

I LOVE this doctor!! He is so kind & really listens when you talk. I would definitly reccommend him to anyone that is looking for a new doctor. He is the first doctor that I have been to where I didn't feel judged or misunderstood. I really feel like he cares & loves what he does! Dr Peck rocks!!

This was my first visit but so far so good with regards to the actual doctor and intern. Now the person who took my vitals, that's another story. She was ok, but not professional at all. Instead of calling me by my name, she kept on calling me "girl". This way girl, sorry for the delay girl, We're really backed up today girl. Don't think that's appropriate for an office especially since she doesn't even know me.

Do not go to this Doctor!!! Dr. Peck is very nice if you don't need anything besides an appointment. The office staff is dismissive and rude to the point where you may loose control. I needed a referral and called last week and was told that it was being put in the system. I went to an appt. at 8:30am and the referral was not put in. I lost my appt. time and drove 40 min round trip in rush hour traffic for nothing. When I brought it to the attention of the Dr. office the receptionist was extremely rude and acted like she could care less. She put me on hold and hung up on me. I went to the office to speak to someone and all I got was the run around. The African American girl was so rude I lost my temper and called her a name. Which I do feel bad about but if she had just minded her own business the whole situation could have been avoided. It took all this just for the Dr's office to call the office where I needed the referral to help me get in. Very Very Bad customer service if any. Also no one accepts responsibility for an error or does anything to fix it.
