Doctor is hard to reach at times but once connected, she is very kind and a great listener. Was able to get the medication I needed. Was not aware at first that there would be a copay for my appointment even with my insurance but it’s a reasonable price.

I was never seen. It said the doctor would contact me about how to join the video visit, and it never happened. I kept waiting for an email or something to pop up through Zoc Doc but I never got anything.
I will find someone else to see me because I can’t afford to waste time again like that.

Please skip this doctor. I called her about 5 minutes before my appointment to get the information for a video call and she told me my insurance hasn’t been verified and we needed to reschedule. It would have been nice to receive a heads up way before I called her. If I hadn’t called her, when was she going to call me and let me know? Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. Save your time and find another doctor.

I had a virtual appointment set with this provider, and was told I would receive an email with details on how to get in the video call. My appointment time came and went, and I never received an email. I tried to call the office to find out what I needed to do and it went straight to voicemail each time. Very unprofessional and it makes me incredibly uneasy for a provider to have my medical, insurance, and personal information only to blow off my appointment with zero communication.
