My approach emphasizes intuitive and mindful eating, evidence-based care, and attainable solutions. I have extensive experience counseling individuals with health concerns from weight management to chronic disease and beyond. Today, we are presented with an overwhelming amount of nutrition information, much of which is misinformation, but we aren’t provided the tools to put knowledge to practice. Together, we’ll cultivate sustainable behaviors by getting to the root of your relationship with food and customizing a plan for your lifestyle based on the most cutting-edge science. Whether you’re ready to get off the diet roller-coaster once and for all or need medical nutrition therapy to achieve your health goals, we’ll provide a judgment-free zone to help you establish long-term success.
I am a Master's level trained Registered Dietitian who attended Bryn Mawr College and New York University, as well as a registered oga and meditation teacher.
