Dr. Richer and his staff are so kind and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. During my appointment, the doc and the techs explained everything thoroughly and gave me lots of choices for solutions to my foot problems. I didn't feel pushed to do or buy anything, which a lot of practices would do. The office itself is clean and open, and the equipment Dr. Richer used to examine my feet seemed so modern and high tech. He sat down with me to explain all the results in detail, and then emailed them to me for my reference.

We had a horrible experience at a previous foot doctor that made my teen son very nervous to go have his ingrown toenail removed. Dr Richer was amazing. He was great at understanding how he needed to be gentle. He gave the numbing medicine and talked my son through it which made us all comfortable. He is a great communicator and I highly recommend him!
