First time visiting the practice. Receptionists were kind and helpful but the wait time was very long and I wasn't given any indication that they were running behind (I was the only person in the waiting area). The office has great equipment (can avoid eye dilation) and is very tech savvy, but I wasn't given a hard copy of my new eyeglass prescription for my records.

Lee Guo O.D. is a returning Colorado native, born and raised in Denver. After receiving his bachelor of science in Biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin, he went on to achieve his doctorate in optometry at NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2013.
During his optometric education, Dr. Guo completed clinical internships in ocular disease and refractive surgery at the prestigious Aker Kasten and Braverman Eye Centers in Florida. He also provided eye care to low-income families through the NSU Eye Care Institute’s Kids in Distress program. He achieved Dean’s List honors and was recipient of the William Feinbloom Low Vision Award in 2013.
Dr. Guo completed residency training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bay Pines, Florida in 2014, where he provided primary and on-call ocular emergency care to local veterans. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, corneal disorders, and neurological eye disease.
Dr. Guo is guided daily by the adage, “treat all patients how you would want to be treated.” He brings this simple practice philosophy to his work every day at our Lakewood office. He holds memberships in the American Optometric Association and Colorado Optometric Association.
When not practicing optometry, Dr. Guo enjoys traveling, tennis, and spending time with family.
