PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF YOU NEED A REFERRAL BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. ROWE. Dr. Lee Rowe is Board Certified in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery with additional training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
After completing medical school and residency training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals, he joined the faculty of the University of California in San Francisco of Medicine where he completed additional training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Rowe returned to the Philadelphia area to private practice as well as to teach medical students and residents in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery from Jefferson Medical College and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Rowe has served on several national committees for the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is past Chairman of the Department of Surgery of Northeastern Hospital of Philadelphia/ Temple East for almost two decades.
His interests include General Otolaryngology; Pediatric ENT, Tonsillectomy, and Adenoidectomy; Advanced sinus care and nasal allergy, Advanced Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Balloon Sinuplasty; Voice, cough, and swallowing disorders; and Videostroboscopy of the larynx; Ear cleaning and wax removal; Myringotomy with tube placement; Facial reconstruction following skin care removal; Thyroid tumor and cancer surgery, and management of thyroid dysfunction; Parathyroid surgery; Balance disorders; and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
