Everything was perfect but I just want to mention that 2hours before the appointment I received a text message saying that it was rescheduled what made me almost have a anxiety attack once that I was in a lot of pain.
In the end was just a mistake but It will be awesome if you all could avoid this kind of situation in the future :)

The doctor completely ignored my wrist injury. She told me they don’t have an X-ray technician and sent me on my way. I went to another doctor who also didn’t have an x-ray, but she provided me with an appropriate brace and referred me to physical therapy and to get an x-ray. I’m super dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience here. The nurse was wonderful but the doctor seemed uncaring unfriendly and overall did NOT help. What a shame.

We have an adult son with autism. The office was calm and quiet. The check-in process was quick and they helped us with their form. They were very receptive to all our information about him and suggestions about working with him. The appointment was successful. Wonderful!

I was recommended to this facility by the Portland Veterans Administration. When the VA nurse informed me of the appointment she stated that if the provider asked for a copayment, it was not required and to provide them with a phone number for the correct billing code. The receptionist asked for a copayment and when I explained to her, she seemed annoyed and stated that she would bill me and then scribbled a phone number on a post it and said if I had issues to call them. This cold reception set a negative tone for the visit. Obviously health care is less important than billing (someone). The person taking vitals was professional as was the PA. But he didn’t make me feel like I had any options for my health issue. This was my first and last visit to an urgent care facility. Boo!

My intake person was friendly enough, though maybe a bit loose with their professionalism. I did feel that this person tried to do a complete and good job.
The doctor easily had the absolute worst bedside manner. Barely spoke, clearly had only merely glanced at my chart and paid no attention to the context of my visit. As an added bonus they called me after I left to let me know that while my ekg looked totally fine, and I was exhibiting no symptoms for this, my testing didn’t eliminate the possibility for a heart attack. No way they could have told me this during their 19 second consultation where they were barely aware of what I was doing there… no… they called me at home an hour later to barely explain that I could still be having a heart attack and not to rule that out. Really great, and thorough work.
