Doctor was courteous and explained everything very well. Only issue I had was receiving my ultrasound results in a timely manner. I had to call 3 times before I finally received my results.

I wish all doctors could be as great as Dr.Chu is. She is honest, straightforward, a great listener, strict (in a good way), and also very kind. Her focus is on the patient and what is best for them. I have been to so many doctors since I have a chronic illness and she is the best by a long shot. I owe my life to this wonderful woman. She performed my kidney surgery and during the whole process she was very thorough and checked up on everything and notified me immediately if something needed to be changed. She dealt with me even when I was crying and freaking out in her office about needing surgery in the first place. She was so calm and patient with me during a really rough time in my life. My kidney was putting me in bedridden pain and I was like that for months before I came to her and with the surgery she performed on me and all the accurate testing, my kidney doesn't hurt at all anymore. She gave me my life back and fixed a problem other doctors ignored or couldn't figure out. I trust her so much. She is incredibly intelligent and skilled.10/10 I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you, Dr.Chu. You are literally a life saver.

Dr. Chu is fantastic! First the practice was fully integrated with ZocDoc, which was amazing, because not only did they confirm my appointment in advance (instead of shuffling around confused like some places), but they also allowed me to fill out my paperwork in advance. It was nice to be able to simply sign a few waivers and agreements, and not have to fill out that massive paperwork by hand. Secondly, Dr. Chu is amazing, she (and her staff) listened in detail to what I was experiencing. They didn't jump to any conclusions until I was fully done explaining myself, and gave me a fully explanation of what was going on with my body. The only downside is I can only visit Dr. Chu for urology related issues, I wish she could be my regular physician.

Have you ever had to fight a doctor or their office staff to get the medication prescribed? Have you ever called, left messages, received no reply and been left stranded at the urinal due to "friends and family first?" Then this is the 'doctor's office' for you. Otherwise run.

Staff keeps hanging up the phone. Takes a loooong time to get a return call for results, and you will need to call several times and get the phone hang up several times too. Doctor does not listen well and seems to be in a world of her own. I do not know who these other reviewers have been seeing with all the good comments. Sorry, I do not recommend this doctor.

This was my first visit to Dr. Chu, and I was very much impressed with her and her staff. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. She greeted me and immediately began the check in process. I saw Dr. Chu in a matter of a few minutes. She was pleasant and complete, and seemed quite knowledgeable. She helped me feel comfortable, even though the subject for which I was there was somewhat embarrassing to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Chu for her professionalism and courteous care.
