I was coming from a terrible experience with One Medical, where my appointment was rushed and the care I received was lacking. This experience was the exact opposite. I was given the time needed to take care of all of my needs. Dr. H answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I appreciate all of their work.

She is also an HIV Specialist (AAHIVS) and has additional interests in LGBTQ+ health, office-based procedures, and reproductive care. The doctor was nice and took time to explain. However, once the lab result came back and I saw abnormal results I messaged the doctor to schedule a time to discuss but I did not get any response back. How do you expect a patient to understand all the lab result without walking through it and explaining what the abnormality means and what to look out for? What was the point of my visit then?

Great office, evening hours, very clean, and both down-to-earth and efficient vibe place. Very happy I found Dr. Hagshenas (and I am extremely choosy about doctors), who is thorough, not rushed, easy to talk to, very nonjudgemental demeanor. Yay! (And the staff also great.)

Dr. H bedside manner was great! She listened to me whine about getting older. She was also very funny! I did not feel rushed at all, and that's important to me! I paid before I got there the day before, so after my visit, I walked out, which was great! I would definitely recommend her, she cares and that's hard to come back in this day and age. My doctor was great, but the office experience was poor. It took 25 minutes to get checked in (even though I filled out all that was needed prior to the appointment). They then were getting mad at me for it taking too long.

I am so thrilled to find a new primary care doc after my previous one stopped accepting my insurance. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hagshenas and the rest of the staff. In the past I've felt other doctors brushing over my questions just to get to the next patient, and Dr. H really listened to my questions/concerns and took her time with me. The rest of the staff was so friendly and attentive, and I regret not getting her name but whoever started my appointment and then took my blood for my lab work was absolutely wonderful. I have lived in NYC for 14 years and this is by far the best care I have received at any medical office I've been to.
