The visit was excellent and thorough. It was my first visit with Dr. Kump and the intake and insurance process was professional and efficient. Dr. Kump also informed me that she had a new physician joining the practice and that she would also have him examine me. They asked a lot of family history questions, took pictures/images of my eyes, screened me for glaucoma, and answered every question as well as provided some insight. As a medical education professional, I tend to scrutinize the physician/patient interaction and this was an excellent experience.

I've been seeing Dr Kump for over a year. I switched to her from another Ophthalmologist I'd been seeing for more than 12 years because his wait times were becomming too long and towards the end I was never seen by him but always by his associate staff. Dr Kump and her office are exactly what I was looking for and am very pleased with...high tech, personable, very short wait times. And free parking.

Dr. Kump was very professional, knowledgable, and great with the kids. It was the first time my kids (6 and 8) had seen an opthamologist, and Dr. Kump's friendly demeanor set them at ease. I highly recommend her!

She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was the first of any optometrist that I've seen that was able to tell me that I had astigmatism in both eyes. She prescribed me some contacts which fit wonderfully and I was seen almost immediately!
