She has a casual, friendly demeanor. Her assistant also worked through some insurance issues for me and got me fast-tracked into X-ray without having to wait.

Dr. Madden received her medical degree in her native Philippines at the Cebu Institute of Medicine. She completed her rotating internship at the Cebu School of Midwifery before she attended the St. Mary’s Hospital to complete her family practice residency. Dr. Madden then attended the Rogers Memorial Hospital to complete her fellowship in family practice and emergency medicine and ambulance care. She was very rude, abrupt, and didn't listen to me when we discussed what kind of birth control I wanted to learn about. She asked me if I was diabetic, and when I said no, she did not believe me... which is absurd! Will not be returning to her.

I was not pleased. I came to a doctor obviously because I was concerned about my health. 1st visit she put in an order to get some blood work done for what i thought it might've been wrong as WELL as what she thought it was possibly. She kept bringing up my the fact that i am "skinny" which had absolutely nothing to do with what was going on with my health. It was really annoying, i didn't go to a doctor to hear about their opinion on my body especially if i am healthy and naturally built this way. Even when we were going over the results of my tests she did a horrible job at explaining how to take precautionary steps to avoid the condition that i am at high risk for. She also took terrible notes,i had to repeat vital pieces of information to her. Terrible listener and communicator. The visit was a waste of my time and money. She could've called me or sent a letter if she was going to say a whole lot of nothing in regards to my test work. Anyway i will not go back to her.

Good visit overall. It was very nice that all of the diagnostic tests I needed that day could be done in her practice or in other offices in the same building.

I really the doctor and the medical assistant, they were really kind. Although, the wait was way to long; I was ready to get up and leave, but I had already paid my copay so that gave me the nerve to sit a little longer.

Dr. Madden is a very friendly, kind doctor. The receptionists were also very polite and helpful. I will be going back although I will be aware that it might take a little longer than I had hoped. (I waited for an hour to be taken to a room and then 20 minutes extra for Dr. Madden).

She did not arrive at the office until an hour after my scheduled appointment. Additionally, she did not seem careful in administering my exam. She had to leave the room to get supplies in the middle of it, and seemed distracted or disengaged.

Having to go to a doctor is one thing I don't like to do as I'm sure many others feel the same way!! I was nicely welcomed upon entering the office. The wait was not to long considering they are also a walk in urgent clinic. Once I was called back & put in a room the Doctor was right there. She was very thorough, showed concern as if I was the only patient. The tests the Doctor ordered for me were done right there in the
office other then the Mammogram which saved me time & less driving around! This Doctor was wonderful & I highly recommend

The service was great overall the doctor was very helpful. I think its very convenient, but the wait is too long, in the office and in the wait room knowing I was the only patient in the waiting room.
