I've been seeing dr. Clavecilla for about 6 months and up until now have been satisfied. i had a recent appointment and had lab work done. I was told I should hear from the dr's office withing 48 hours. I ended up leaving with no answers and 4 days later ended up in the ER due to continuesd pain. I had contacted the dr's office and requested my test results but they had not been reviewed yet. Today and almost a full week later I attempted to call to get the results and was hung up on three times. Still no answers, still in pain.....not sure I'll ever go back.

Other than the girl at the front desk, had a great experience. Doc absolutely amazing, medical assistant was fabulous, very friendly and knowledgeable. My first impression was disappointing with the receptionist because she was very cold, short and unfriendly, bordering on completely rude. She was complaining about many things and we could hear them in the waiting room. After going to the back I was very happy to see this was the only negative. Not the person I would want to be the first impression in my office.

First impression of office not very good due to the rude demeanor of the girl at the front desk. Not the person I want greeting my patients but that was the only bad experience! The doctor was wonderful as was the medical assistant. Very impressed!!
