So thorough! My least favorite thing is when a doctor wants to put a metaphorical “bandaid” on symptoms. Dr. Flescher immediately sent me for testing- bloodwork etc, scheduled me for an ultrasound and an endoscopy, and talked me through so much. I’m really excited to start working with him to get to the true root of my gastro issues.

The doctor was unaware of my ZocDoc appointment and could not see me at that time, but was able to see me an hour later. I had to refill some paperwork when there because they said their system does not show the paperwork. Once there, the doctor saw me right away and scheduled multiple tests. He got a phone call but told the person he would have to call them back. He listened to my issues. His staff was extremely nice and tried to get me the best appointment for testing and answered all my questions.

I can get over a long wait, but he had zero interest in my issues, wouldn’t even let me tell him the multiple reasons I was there. Spent more time socializing and taking personal calls than with patient. He had good reviews so maybe I was a one-off but it was offensive how little he cared. The nurse who did intake was very thorough and should be the doctor.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Flescher. I went to two other physicians and both diagnosed the wrong problem!!! One thought I had a hernia and the other thought I had hemorrhoids. Dr. Fescher saw me right away and when he saw the severity of the problem he made a call right then and there from his cell phone and was able to refer me to a colectoral surgeon, slide me in to get surgery for an abscess in 1.5 hrs. And that was on a Friday! Thank God bc otherwise I would've ended up in the ER over the weekend. I highly recommend Dr. Flescher. Don't waste your time with anyone else!
