Dr. Rosen attended George Washington University Medical Center where he received his Medical Degree in 1976. He subsequently completed a four-year residency program at George Washington University where he served as Chief Resident in 1980. He has been in private practice in the Northern Virginia area since 1980. Dr. Rosen is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is an active Fellow in both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons. He is certified by the Council of Gynecological Endoscopy and Certified by COEMIG (Center of Excellence of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery). He is Co-Director of the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery @ INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital and Director of Robotic Surgery. Dr. Rosen serves as a Proctor of new physicians who are learning to use the DaVinci Robot. He enjoys underwater photography, scuba diving, skiing, tennis, golf and professional sports.

Most relevant
I waited for about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. He said he needed me to have an ultrasound. I waited another 30 minutes for that. He came in with the results told me he would recommend a hysterectomy and handed me a brochure. He said that someone from the surgery center would be in touch with me. That was nearly two weeks ago. He may be right but his nonchalant manner about a serious surgery left me confused and frustrated. If that's how they do business l would never let them operate.
