Dr. Wagner attended The University of Buffalo in New York from 1962-1966 where he receive his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Dr. Wagner felt very comfortable dealing with people's healthcare needs and it came to him after serving as a combat medic during the Vietnam era. After graduation he worked as pharmaceutical specialist for 2 years. He then went back to school and became a pre-medical student at Canisius College in Buffalo New York. He then entered the Roseland Franklin University of Health Science in Chicago, Illinois and received his doctor degree in 1976.Dr. Wagner began his career in Los Angeles at the Veterans Administration Hospital. He then entered private practice in 1976 in Sherman Oaks, California, where he has been for the past 33years.
