The doctor had a calming presence and seemed very knowledgeable however the office itself was really messy. Urine samples were scattered in the sink unlabeled and while getting blood drawn nothing was in the room to ensure cleanliness. Left feeling uncomfortable.

My appointment with Dr. Reyes was wonderful. He took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't rush out...felt completely at ease with him. Dr. Reyes was my physician about 25 years ago. I left only because I moved. I am relieved he is still in practice. His bedside manner is the best. Marlene is awesome. She is very kind and does all she can to accommodate you. I am so happy to have them as my "care" team!

terrible experience, waiting room was super hot and uncomfortable. walked in no receptionist for 1hr waited. the doctor didn't come in for about 2 hours then to find out my appointment from zocdoc didn't go through their end. if you really do need to see Doc. Reyes just call ahead of time or go physical to make an appointment.

I had an appt on Tuesday but the doctor called me personally to reschedule because he had a funeral, which was totally fine. Normally I would expect an office employee or nurse to make that call but the doctor did personally and then had to wait quite a while (over an hour) in my “virtual waiting room”
