Jed was great, as usual. He has a very wide breadth of knowledge and can often times site specific cases related to what my ailment or concern is and what their cause was to help determine better what my issues are. He doesn't rush, he gives you the time you need to make sure your concerns are addressed. I also like that he doesn't resort to pharmaceuticals as the first avenue like some docs do. I'm a big fan and will continue seeing him as my primary care physician.

my office visit was great ! the front desk staff was very nice and the doctor took time and explained everything ??. My phlebotomy nurse was Maria and she was fantastic! first non traumatic blood draw for labs! will be scheduling again.

My visit with Dr. Garcia-Seay, her nurse, and her Tulane student were professional and I felt like I was well cared for as they listened to my health concerns. However, during check in at the front desk around 5 minutes prior to my appointment, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist (I believe her name was Yvonne). She was rude to me, telling me that I needed to "hurry up" because she had 14 pages for me to fill out and my appointment was at 10:30. When I asked if she had received the paperwork I had completed ahed of time on Zocdoc, she stated "no, I haven't gotten anything from Zocdoc" with the same air of inconvenience and handed the clipboard to me. I believed that since I had completed some paperwork ahead of time, that the check in process would be smoother. I felt uncomfortable and like I was taking up her time.

She is very caring and actively listens to the patients needs.
Additionally she is versed in her field and open alternative approaches to wellness—unlike some doctors who try to solve everything with a quick a prescription and send you on your way.

I love Dr. Seay & her nurse Miriam. They are the best. I have been seeing them since I was a young child. They recently did a great job putting stitches in a large laceration on my wrist, much better than going to an ER or urgent care.
