My visit was great! I knew my lab results immidiately and the doctor sent my rx to my pharmacy before I even left the office so I can pick up right away. You guys saved me a lot of time! =)

Established in 1978, Germantown Minor Medical has provided medical services to the Memphis community for over thirty years. We are both an urgent care facility, as well as a family practice clinic, allowing us to handle almost any type of medical situation. As an urgent care center, we are able to accept other primary care physician’s patients, who in emergency situations are not able to get to their regular doctor. As a family practice, we are able to treat your short or long term medical needs. Open seven days a week and extended hours on weekdays, we provide medical care to patients of any age. Our providers are board certified and are specialized in handling the medical needs of your entire family. To ensure the proper medical care for our patients, medical personnel are on-call for emergency consultation twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We are a walk-in clinic, which gives our patient’s the ability to come to our office at their convenience. We accept almost every insurance plan in the United States, and our highly trained billing department will file your health claim to your insurance company.

Horrible "doctor"... Don't even waste your time please! He made a mockery out of being from Arkansas... Maybe if he stopped making fun of people he could be a good dr. Told me that he couldn't help me and that I may have to live with my problem forever then rudely walked out the door.

I was told that I would get results from a blood test "by the middle of the week" as I had gone in on a Saturday. No one called and upon attempting to reach someone for results, I was continuously pushed off and told I would receive a call by noon that day. I had not received a call and four hours later when I called I was told there was only one nurse able to provide me with information and she had left for the day and I was told I needed to call back "tomorrow". As a doctors office, their priority is clearly not that of the patient or keeping the patient informed.

I'm very pleased! I have a spider bite that I was really worried about. I got to go back about 10 mins after I filled out paperwork! WOW! I've never waited such a short time in a medical waiting room in my life! Thank you, I'll be back!
