Dr Mi was very approachable and I was given the chance to ask the questions I have (which I thought is the most important thing). I was given a link to view my blood report online. She said I can always call if I have questions, or they will call if something on the report requires attention. Waiting time was 15 mins, staff was friendly. Online booking through Zocdoc is easy, overall a pleasant experience, beside the fact that I was very sick :(

Dr. Mi and her staff are great however, the wait was far too long and I would not recommend going on Saturdays because she has a lot of patients coming in at that time. The place is also a bit dirty and does not have much space to move around/sit. Other than that, Dr. Mi really cares about her patients and is a lovely professional and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Mi is a great and caring person. I found her on Zocdoc when I was searching for an office that was open on weekends. Since then, there have been many days where I was allowed to make an appointment for the same day I called. She is knowledgable and there is barely ever any wait time. Would highly recommend.

Saw Dr. Mi for an annual physical. Dr. Mi herself was very nice. Made some helpful suggestions around certain issues I was having. Took an OK amount of time with me. I could tell she didn't take the time to review the medical record from my previous PCP that I had brought with me, which was a little disheartening given the glowing reviews I had read previously. Given the reviews I read, I was really excited to be seeing someone who would really take her time with me. She didn't rush me out. But I also didn't feel like she took her time with me to really get to know my history and my issues.
However, there were also some not so great things about coming here. First of all, the front desk woman took me into a not very private area in the back waiting area and took my medical history on what appeared to be a scrap blank piece of paper (which she took incorrectly b/c when I spoke to the doctor she was reading these notes and it had been written down wrong). To my knowledge, she was not a medical professional so I'm not sure why she was responsible for taking my medical history.
Also, I wasn't told in advance of my appointment that it was check/cash only. Not a big deal, but a little frustrating. The receipt I was given was one of those cash receipts you can buy at the dollar store to use at a garage sale. So of course my FSA doesn't accept it as proof. Next thing that wasn't so great was that when I call/email to explain the need for something more formal rather than just providing with me, the other doctor in the office gives me pushback, asking questions and stating he doesn't understand why they won't accept the receipt they gave me. Another not so great thing was that when I got a call with my blood test results, I was simply told they were high without an explanation of what it might mean, whether it was something serious to be concerned about. A phone call that left me wondering if everything could be fine or if I likely have cancer or some equally upsetting autoimmune issue. There was also a major language barrier with the other doctor in the practice, a male, who I guess handles things during the week as Dr. Mi doesn't work there during the week. This made all of the above issues more frustrating as communication was difficult.
Overall, Dr. Mi was OK. My experience with the office and the other doctor, unfortunately, are why I won't be returning.

Dr. Mi is a very sweet and kind doctor! As her new patient, she did my annual physical. She patiently explained my results thoroughly and made sure I understand everything about my health. She answers all my concerns. She will be my new primary care doc going forward. I have recommended her to my friends and family, and now my sister is also one of her patient. Parking is a little restricted around the neighborhood, but her weekend hours are very convenient to all working people.

I waited a little over an hour and had to ask the receptionist how much longer the wait would be because I had another appointment to go to. Dr. Mi has a very kind and calming demeanor. She took the time to ask questions and listen to my answers. She is competent and knowledgeable, and fluent in English and Mandarin. The office may be somewhat "low frills" compared to Manhattan standards, but perfectly adequate in my view. Finding parking was not very easy. The reason why I originally booked my appointment was due to her weekend hours near my home.

She listen to all my concerns And addresses each one and even gave me great medical advice . At no point did i feel rushed or pressured to make any medical decisions right away. Never used ZocDoc before but my first experience was excellent. I submitted my appointment and was surprised to receive a call from the doctor within 30 minutes. The appointment was moved to see me right away as my symptoms seemed to warrant quick attention. Dr. Mi actually works with doctor Zhao who was also in ZocDoc. Dr. Zhao has a quiet and calming bedside manner and provided me we great care.

I made a 3p appointment for the same day then showed up 2hours earlier because my symptoms were not getting better. She saw me right away. It's so hard to find doctors that show they care. She doesn't rush you, patiently answers all your questions, is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend - FYI sometimes there is no office assistant and sometimes has to step out to handle incoming patients during the visit. Ended up having to go to the ER anyway but she called later to follow up.
