Nice person, straightforward, explained everything to me and made time for my questions. I felt comfortable during testing. I would definitely return to see her.
Just a word of caution for people who decide to do the dilated eye exam: the eye drops can cause very blurry vision so if you're driving alone, I'd recommend setting up an appointment another day to do the testing when you either have someone who can drive for you or you decide to take public transport. The blur lasted for about 3-4 hours for me and my eyes couldn't handle the sunlight.

My hisband went in for eye check up because his cornea had been scratched which the fromt desk was aware of. Due to their miscommunication and knowledge they proceeded to have my husband take an eye exam prior to seeing the Dr as part of the routine. The technician proceeded to take the test that involved multiple flashing lights directly to the eye. This shouldve been a big no no since the cornea is sensitive to light the technician shouldnt have run that test. After speaking to the dr she proceeded to tell him she would notify the technician not to run the test which he advised her had already happen. Are you kidding me??? I will sue this place if something goes wrong with his eye!!!! Unbelievable...

I showed up 15 minutes before actual appointment time as recommended by Dr. Li Li's text message, I only waited couple of minutes to see Dr. Li Li. Dr. Li Li was very kind to receive me, and explained about my eye conditions with very easy to understand language. I felt very comfortable and learned how to take care of my eyes.

Great doctor. Because she gave ultrasound test, she found that I had potential risk for glaucoma. She recommended me to get laser procedure done. Followed her advice, I got the laser procedure. The amazing thing happened. After 15 min. of the procedure done, my regular headache gone!
I deeply appreciate this doctor paid much attention to her patients to get necessary exams to avoid serious problems.

My visit with Queens Eye Associates was to get a new prescription for new contact lenses, but I ended up sitting through an eye exam meant for glasses, which I ended up paying for even though I did not need one. The optician I met with prior to Dr. Li rushed through the exam and made some passive aggressive remarks regarding my participation in one of the test procedures.
After my session with Dr. Li, she began to explain everything regarding my next steps but was incredibly vague and unclear as to what my insurance will cover and what I am responsible for paying.

Very detailed-oriented staff from confirming your appointment, double checking information (e.g., insurance), and making you feel welcomed. Exam itself also very thorough, and overall, a pleasant visit. I feel comfortable coming back next year for my annual eye check up.

Dr. Li Li is a good doctor who takes time to explain any questions and concerns. I've seen her twice for contact lens evaluation and follow-up. She tried to make sure that the balance between my far and near vision in my progressive lenses were suitable for me, especially because I work at the computer all day. I highly recommend Dr. Li Li.

Despite initial miscommunication re: the reason for my visit (I wanted to renew my contacts, which I stated in the appointment form on ZocDoc but I was brought in to do a complete medical exam), everything went smoothly after I explained that I just wanted to get a vision test.
