Liesel (Elise) Ernst, PA-C, MPAS is a certified Physician Assistant. She received extensive dermatology training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where she was also on staff for three years. Her expertise includes skin cancer screening and treatment, excisions of skin cancer, lipomas and cysts, diagnosing and treating complex skin conditions, as well as cosmetic dermatology. Elise’s top priorities are to provide the most comprehensive patient care, develop outstanding patient trust and be an advocate for her patients. Psoriasis and severe eczema run in her family, so she understands how difficult it can be to live with chronic and autoimmune skin conditions.
Elise’s undergraduate studies were completed at UC Berkeley, where she received her bachelor’s degree with honors. She received her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Washington School of Medicine, scoring in the 99th percentile on her national Physician Assistant certification examination.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In her free time, Elise enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, spending time with her husband, Will, and their border collie, Skeeter.
