My therapy practice includes individual psychotherapy with adults who present with a variety of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and social difficulties. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. I enjoy working with people with disabilities and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community.
