Visiting Dr. Rainy was a great experience. She was very friendly and welcoming. She actually listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I can tell she cares about her patients. I highly recommend for someone who is looking for a primary care doctor.

Dr Rainey was extremely thorough, pleasant and friendly. She displayed a deep knowledge of my situation and was humorous and understanding.
The nurse was also excellent and very patient and friendly.
I don't know if it was a slow day, but I was seen within minutes by the nurse after filling in paperwork as a first time patient, and then within minutes by the doctor. All in all a very psitive experience that I had not been looking forward to!

I did not like her at all. She really didn't do anything for me, she asked me questions unrelated to what I was there for which I did not appreciate and she didn't know any of the other doctors that I brought up which seemed odd to me. Do not recommend.

Short wait time but Dr. Rainey was rude and condescending - I did not feel she listened to me and instead spent the entire appointment counseling me about weight loss rather than addressing any of my stated concerns. (For reference I'm 5'6" and 170 lbs, overweight but not morbidly obese and an active, young individual who does not smoke and cares for myself well). When I contacted her office requesting a referral for a sleep study that I had discussed with her during the appointment, I never heard back despite 3 attempts at contact over a period of months. Would not recommend.

Dr. Rainey was great as well as the other nurses and staff. She made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process and I felt like she spent the right amount of time with me. My only complaint is the wait time but I think that goes for most doctor's offices.

Finding the building was challenging there are many other buildings. The wait time itself was very long. I guess that is due to the fact that it was the day after New Years. Dr. Rainey was helpful and to the best of her ability assisted me with my medical forms.
