What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
Perhaps what makes me most passionate about being a healthcare provider is getting to know my patients and partnering with them to achieve their physical and mental healthcare goals. I hold a Master's in Nursing from Georgetown University, which has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Primary care is a patient's entry point into the healthcare system and the continuing focal point or "home base" for patients throughout their healthcare journey. As a primary care provider, I focus on health promotion and disease prevention as well as diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and patient education.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
My husband and two boys are my why. We are most happy in the mountains backpacking, hiking, drinking good coffee, and making s'mores over a bonfire. I love reading novels and wish I had more time for it.

Really frustrating that I got referred to a quest diagnostics to get swabbed for tests and the quest diagnostics does not do swab tests so I’ve just now wasted my time and it’s another day of me being sick with no results ?
