Dr. Mossinger is wonderful, and she surprised me because she is even great for mental health issues and other things that you may not expect! She is a well-rounded expert and seems to know everything about everything. She was very compassionate, thorough, and made sure that I had no lingering questions as we developed a care plan. She's absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Mossinger definitely made me feel comfortable and I will gladly return!
The only negative is that my appointment was at 10:30am, I arrived and signed in at 10:20, and there were 2 women in the front that NEVER checked the sign in sheet until I was sitting there for 40 minutes. One of the girls was even glancing at me a couple times but said nothing to the other one that I’m assuming was in charge of checking patients in. And when I was FINALLY called up, the woman says “I didn’t see you”.....this frustrated me very much as I wasted 30 minutes just sitting there because the sign in sheet wasn’t being checked. I LITERALLY stood in the front signing in and somehow wasn’t seen or acknowledged until it was now 30 minutes after my appointment time.
I want to emphasize that this is a complaint ONLY for the front desk. There’s no reason I should’ve been sitting there for that long because someone didn’t see me sitting in the lobby.
I also didn’t appreciate that when she called the doctor, she said that I’m “here” and if that’s okay? Like....no taking responsibility for saying I’ve BEEN here for the last 40 minutes....anyways, rant over.
But I LOVED Dr. Mossinger!

I was looking for a primary care doctor since I haven’t had one since I was a kid, and came across Dr. Mossinger. She was local and had good reviews so I made an appointment. I had some concerning bruising and needed my regular check up. She was very nice and was attentive to all my concerns. Some blood tests were done and I got a call back from her the very next day. That was the fastest I’ve ever heard back from any doctor. She went over everything and was very professional and kind. I feel very comfortable with her. Im glad I chose to have her as my primary doctor!
