My appointment lasted for 10 minutes, doctor didn’t know what to do with my finger and asked to wait another week and take antibiotics. After the visit, the clinic charged the full price for the 10 min visit, and despite my co-payment in the office continue chasing me for additional payment. I gave my insurance at the beginning of my appointment and I was told that the copayment is the only amount I’ll be charged. Now, they charge me more without any reason and explanation. Also, I don’t think I received any treatment in the office. The doctor looked inexperienced and confused and she literally said, I don’t know what to do with your finger.
