If I could give zero stars I most definitely would.
I came in for a simple uti medication and instead I got a doctor with terrible bedside manner. She assumed I had got a uti from multiple partners when I got a uti from being at a water park which she didn’t believe me. Nonetheless I came in for medication and shouldn’t have felt even more uncomfortable and disrespected leaving. Also after taking the medication “Nitrofurantoin” I became allergic to it and ended up in the ER.
Reviews are important and I hope no one ever goes thru what I went thru.

Very personable doctor and staff! I got to my appointment almost an hour early and they took me as soon my insurance was updated. I was in and it before my scheduled appointment with all my questions answered! Great first experience with a new doctor!

I was a first time patient, and I was taken back right away. I waited for a very brief time in the exam room before being seen. Dr.Chorzempa-Schainis was incredibly kind, informative and made me feel very comfortable despite the uncomfortable nature of an annual pap appointment. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like she was in a rush to get to her next appointment. I would definitely recommend her.

This was my first visit and as a new patient I could not have ask for better treatment. The office staff was warm and welcoming from the minute I opened the door the office. After filling out the prerequisite forms (I filled these out on line, however I was informed there is a disconnect between the forms on line and the ones required for the office!) I waited less than 5 minutes before I was directed to an examining room.
Dr. Chorzempa and the medical resident arrive less than 7 minutes later and went over my medical history in addition to asking more general questions. The examination was quick and painless and during this time she communicated each step she performed during the process. She suggested another test as part of the diagnostic process but when I hesitated she offered alternatives suggestions.
A doctor who communicates without talking down to a patient, a doctors who takes into consideration a patient's opinion about their own health, and one who is able to convey a warm and welcoming demeanor is the type of doctor I have dreamed on encountering!
The last medical person I encountered was the phlebotomist and I can honestly say this person has a magic touch! Usually when I have blood drawn it is a long and painful process to locate a vein and I normally have the scars to prove it. However this young lady touch was so soft, as I was bracing myself for pain, she was halfway done drawing the blood sample.

Dr. Lisa was great as well as her staff. However I can't say the same for her billing manager. I had to change doctors in the beginning of my pregnancy since I had a rare twin pregnancy. Their office was still billing me for visits I never had! I had tried SEVERAL times to speak to the billing manager( who's hardly ever there) to fix the problem, left several messages on the machine and receptionist. STILL NEVER called back. My account was then referred to a collection agency, mind you for visits I never had! I informed my insurance of the problem and they resolved it for me. This took months to resolve so I would highly question their billing department before paying for any procedures you didn't have!

The check in process was quick and efficient, everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the medical assistant the helped me into the room and did my history and blood pressure. Dr. C was friendly, professional and succinct. I will definitely return to see her!

Well this was my first time there, as of now I can say the staff was very friendly, I was running a late so I called to let them know, the receptionist on the phone was very friendly. When I arrived they instantly knew I was their *:**pm patient. Great start so far, however they did have me refill all the paperwork zocdoc had me full on line which that part I found to be a waist of my time, why offer on line registration if your going to have the patient refill the same forms with same questions & answer?
I reluctantly filled out the forms, as soon as I was done, the front desk girl politely thanked me & quickly notified the MA that I was there. The MA called me in ( even pronounced my name correctly) I was impressed -LOL MOST American/Africans kill my name. Kudos to her ! Anyway, she called me in , took all my vitals asked me a few of the same questions I had already answered on line, once again I reluctantly verbalized my response, she then very politely asked me to undress & stepped out. The doctor came in less then 5 minutes later. She seems to be a good Gyn for now, she answered all my questions, seemed very patient with my repeated questions. Now I wait for my results, I just hope they are all good & that the OBGYN is on top of her game & doesn't make me call her for my results. I need a good GYN . I'm sure my results are already in, I just hope she doesn't keep me in suspense all week. But for now, so far so good, but we shall see how long it takes for her or her MA to call me with my results, it's only been day #2 so let's see...

Dr. Chorzempa-Schainis is terrific and the office staff is friendly. Love the heated exam beds. Yet, the office needs help. First they had no record of my appointment, then they couldn't find my file. After a 30 minute wait, I was finally escorted to a room and waited there for 45 minutes in a gown. The room next door went through 2 patients before Dr. Chorzempa saw me. They need a better system of organization. The whole appointment took over 2 hours.

This was my first visit to Dr. Chorzempa. I'm seven weeks pregnant and this was my first appt for that. My husband came with me. She was very patient answering all of our questions and did a good job running through a "first timer's" list of do's and don'ts during pregnancy. I'll definitely continue going to her for my pregnancy.
