New patient - office staff (receptionist) was courteous and helpful. This was my first appointment with Dr. Fox and was rather uneventful. I've been putting off making the appointment for some time so that was comforting however it almost had the feel of an oil change - standard questions, a quick look under the hood - in and out in less than 10 minutes. Not good, not bad...I will reserve judgement for the follow up appointment.

Doctor was very nice, but appointment made in Zocdoc wasn't transferred over to their books, so it was double booked. I felt doctor was rushed and didn't give me time to ask questions.

This was a return visit for another issue. The ZocDoc appointment was rescheduled because Dr. Fox wanted some additional diagnostic testing completed before she saw me. The staff was great in rescheduling. When I did see her, she was her usual caring self. She asked questions and got to reason for my issue. I have a lot of confidence in her as a physician and believe that I am (again) on my way to recovery.

Liked the fact that Dr Fox is conservative in approach. I went for a second opinion on a recommended adenoid removal for daughter and she suggested there was no need at present and that it might shrink with age. She listened to me and agreed to get an X-ray done to make a final call.

As a former/current patient, I would highly recommend Dr. Lisa Fox ~~~ she is an excellent ENT specialist & willing to take the time to diagnose & resolve the issue I was experiencing with my ears/sinuses following a bout with the flu.

Administrative staff were courteous. The facility was friendly, modern and accessible.
Doctor Fox patiently answered my questions regarding symptoms, treatments and prognosis for Meniere's & BPPV. Her explanations were comforting, effective and very helpful. She promptly updated my medication and offered in-house therapy.

Because I modified my appointment online, the office had no record of me when I arrived. It was clear that they were doing me a favor "fitting me in" that day, but even still, I do not feel that the service or attention I received was anywhere near the good reviews I read that made me decide to book here. I felt rushed and left with referrals for a sleep test and an x-ray, but I had no additional information from the Dr. Nothing bad but nothing like the reviews.

Competent and professional. Despite filling out paperwork on-line with ZocDoc I had 20 plus minutes of paperwork, mostly for shames health history info, to fill out when I arrived since they are "an electronic office."
