Everyone was so nice and polite, from front desk, to end of the visit! I was so anxious for my first Pap Smear but DO Ng made the process less daunting by explaining what was going to be happening during the exam and answering any questions I had. She was great and I highly recommend :)

She received advanced training by completing an internship in obstetrics and gynecology at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wright State University. Before completing her internship and residency, she received her medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona. While completing her residency, she was given an award from the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Ng is a part of Acacia OB/GYN. She is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association. She is fluent in English and Spanish and she specializes in laparoscopic and minimally invasive gynecological surgery. She is also skilled in the usual OB/GYN services and procedures. Her philosophy of care is to treat others as she would like to be treated and to communicate with her patients in a way that she would want to be communicated with.
Dr. Ng truly enjoys being an OB/GYN physician because she is passionate about helping women during the most important phases of their lives, which include adolescent stages, pregnancy, and menopause. In her free time, she enjoys cooking exotic meals with her husband and traveling with their dog, Daisy.

Dr Ng was excellent--very friendly and took time to answer my questions. I would give the entire visit 5 stars except that I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment per the office's request and then sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before spending another 20 in the exam room. I've grown to expect long wait times at doctor's offices, but it's still something I think all patients should be made aware of.

I have been looking for a new OBGYN and I have found it. As soon as I got there, the front desk checked me in right away. The waiting room is spacious and it was a super quick visit. Once seen by the doctor all of my questions and issues had been resolved. She listened and the appointment did feel rushed. I am going back next month, great experience and visit.

The lady who did my blood work was funny and made drawing blood something to not be afraid of
But my office wait time from waiting room to doctor was an hour. One of those situations where the doctor is worth the wait, just bring a book or a snack.
