Working as a healthcare provider gives me the reward of building relationships and being able to provide help to those in need.
The role of a primary care provider should be to provide preventive care and teach healthy lifestyle choices while taking into account the patient's beliefs and values. By considering these beliefs and values, a plan can be developed to provide the best care for each individual patient.
I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, followed by a Master's in Adult Geriatric Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northeastern University. Additionally, I hold a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Regis College.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, spending time with my family, and cooking.
