I loved my experience w/ the doctor, but the office experience was tough -- I came early to the appointment as it was my first appointment with the doctor, the office staff knew she was running behind so I asked if I should come back later, they said no, to wait, and I ended up waiting for over an hour, with no indication of when I would see the doctor. My husband was idling in the car, I felt awful. I was very stressed by the time I saw the doctor. I will go back but I will try to get a more accurate wait time from the office staff on arrival.

My first time seeing Dr. Vernon. She listened to all of my concerns and offered different ways to make me feel better. I felt very comfortable. Staff was really nice. My only negative experience was the wait (appt was 10:30am didn’t see the doctor until 12:00pm). But I’ll wait for a doctor who actually cares so it was ok and won’t stop me from going back.

The office staff was terrific and they all worked together to help each other. Dr. Vernon is a terrific doctor who listens, takes her time with you. I was waiting because there was an emergency patient that came in. I was once one of those patients where I had to be seen the day I called, they assessed my symptoms and I was able to see the doctor that day. Dr. Lisa Vernon and staff are wonderful!
