Dr Hasso took her time for an informed background history before making any decisions on my current health problems. Parking is a little difficult (parking garage beneath the office/apt complex) but free and you must be buzzed in after callingthe office at the garage entrance. Staff is very friendly and office is bright and clean. This is a teaching medical office so there are several medical students on site. Dr Hasso did ask if I was comfortable with the students at multiple times during my visit. I will definitely return and highly recommend Dr Hasso.

Too many students wandering in and out of my appointment. That’s unprofessional. Great the doctor was giving opportunities but my appointment quality lacked because of the male student who barged into the room while I was there for gynecologicalissues and he came in needing scissors This was a bad experience for me

Overall a positive experience. It was a little frustrating that my copay had to be check or cash, so I had to go to an ATM and come back. I scheduled the appointment pretty last minute, so this may be somethingthey typically remind people though. The med students who saw me seemed quite inexperienced - not sure if they just started recently? I felt like they were trying so hard to get down information that they were not actually hearing what I was saying - had to repeat myself multiple times. Dr. Hasso listened to my complaints and took her time with me. I definitely plan to continue to receive medical care here.

This is a clinical practice. There are typically 4 or more students practicing alongside Dr. Lasso. She always ask if it's ok for the students to comment. Which I appreciate. I learn along with them. She is very thorough and upfront. She also has two locations.

Dr. Liza and her staff were gracious enough to let me make a 4:30PM appointment as a new patient. She is thorough, but to the point. I really appreciated the honesty along with the efficiency. Not to mention, I have anxietywith needles and she made the process of drawing blood very smooth.

The other reviews are pretty accurate. I waited almost two hours (which is really unacceptable) to be seen by an amazing doctor. I was admittedly a little weirded out by the student doctors, but as a patient you do have theoption of requesting them to leave during your appointment, which is nice. I love that parking is free, as you don't really get that in Atlanta. The only other complaint I have is that they don't have a card reader, so you must pay in cash (or check). The staff is very polite and friendly!

Dr. Hasso was AMAZING! Easily the best doctor I've visited! This was my first time seeing her & I'll definitely be coming back. She was very considerate & made sure she didn't perform any unnecessary tests so I wouldn't be overcharged, & her & her staff were all extremely pleasant & kind! Definitely recommend.

As always, great experience. O.C. Her nurse is amazing. Dr. Hasso is always to the point and I really like her 'no nonsense' manner. She is a teaching doctor and I admire her for that. Students have to learn somewhere...she is the best.

Only take cash, made me walk across the street to an ATM to get cash for my co=pay, very rude when I said I was never informed of this. She is a teaching doctor. Be prepared to have more than 7people in the room with you and spend over an hour there for a simple cold.

My ZocDoc appointment was not visible in the system so I had a longer wait time for my appointment. I was seen by students for most of the visitation. My appointment was at Dr, Hasso's secondary location. I would make an appointment at the downtown location next time.

I was not informed anywhere that this was a teaching hospital. My screening/questionnaire took an entire hour to complete as a new patient which would have taken 15 minutes with a licensed professional. I understand that these are studentsand they are learning, but I was not presented the option of being seen by the doctor first-off and was not informed I was being checked out by students until my blood pressure was taken four times. I would not go here if you were on a tight schedule. Dr. Hasso, however, was very friendly.

They were very busy. Waited in outer office half an hour then in examine room about 20 minutes. Lengthy new patient interview because it had been 3 years since my last visit. Required cash for office co-pay and wouldn't take myHSA credit card, so had to go to ATM machine across the street. Really?

I will not go back to her. I went in solely to get a prescription refilled. She was very pushy with adding on flu shots, blood tests, physicals, etc. Then, she told me I had strep throat. I was not feelingsick at all, no sore throat, no fever...nothing. And, she didn't even do a strep test, which could have easily been done. That would have shown whether or not her assumption was accurate. I still don't know if I actually had it or not. She was insistent on writing me a prescription for the strep anyway. I was so fed up with the appointment by that time, that I told her she can do whatever, but I wasn't going to take the medicine. She still wrote me the prescription...more money for her, right? Overall, I felt as though I was not being listened to at all.

The wait time was enormous. When I made the appointment thru zocdoc, the doctor's office called me and asked me to verify with my insurance whether they were in the network. I did that and informed the doctor's office, but myoriginal appointment time was changed in the meantime. After reaching the doctor's office and waiting for an hour, they started checking with insurance. They could not reach them. So I had to call my insurance and facilitate the talk between the doctor's office and my insurance. There was a long wait between the time the junior doctors prepared my case sheet and the main doctor saw me.

Alot of test and you will be the center of lab students asking you questions. The teaching approach is not for me. The students are residents making suggestions about your health in your face. It was not pleasurable.
