They would not call us back. We called them multiple times with questions or concerns and wouldn't approve of a generic version of our meds because my insurance didn't cover it

Very bad service in the office . They give me the labs without the code for the laboratory Quest I call several times and never give me a solution or disconnect the call. For 2 days the same thing. The assistant and staffing is not helpful. The customer service is terrible I lost my time .

Although, there were many people in the waiting room, by the time I filled out the paperwork.I was directed to an Exam room and had a nice long chat about my medical history. Shortly, (less than 5 minutes) Dr.Leiva came in, we discussed my passed and present medical problems. We set up a plan to take care of my medical problems. I was done, in 30 minutes or less.
The Admin and Nursing staff were very helpful, courteous and respectful. (much appreciated)
