Dr. Louis J. Herskowitz is a native of Florida. He moved to Atlanta and attended Emory University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then relocated to Miami and attended the University of Miami School of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree.
Dr. Herskowitz completed his internship at Georgetown University in Washington, DC before returning to Atlanta where he completed his residency training at Emory. He is a board-certified dermatologist and a member of many societies and professional associations including the Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, the Society for Investigative Dermatology, and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Herskowitz enjoys bicycling in his spare time. He is married with three children and one grandchild.
