They have a great selection of glasses and most of the staff was very friendly. There was an older black woman present who was very rude and a horrible communicator. She spoke around me and refused to speak to me. Other than that I had a pleasant experience and would recommend. The office was clean and all other staff members were pleasant and professional.

I’ve actually been seeing this provider since I was young. It’s been a while since I saw them so I had to re-register and get my insurance sorted out. The wait at this place is always long, but it’s because they’re busy and try to accommodate everyone. Keep in mind that this is business that’s catered to the folks in Brownsville for over two decades. The staff is and Dr. are so friendly.

Dr. Jacobs is an excellent provider and is always clear and direct when you are seen. The office is a little out-of-date but the staff is great and I did not have a long wait time.

Dr.Jacob explained how to clean the glasses and other reasons why my current pair were looking the way they do. She was proactive in identifying issues that could arise if one's glasses were exposed to different types of heat. I would recommend her to a friend.

This place was awesome. It took me a minute to find a place so close to my house that accepted my Insurance. As long as you make an appointment everything goes one two three. Because they are so good, they are busy so she wasn't taking walk-ins today. So if you want to see her and appreciate quality just make the appointment first it's worth it . All the staff were courteous, quick, efficient, and just it felt like I was in and out in no time.
